Spring Healthy diet

Recommended Weight Loss Food:

Pepper: Pepper, but thin high quality goods, including fiber, low in calories, can supply all kinds of vitamins and minerals.

Legumes: soybean, mung bean, pea ... ... nutrition are very rich, though is vegetables, but the protein is as rich as the meat, the heat is still very low.

Spinach: low in calories, rich in vitamins and iron content.

Lettuce: rich in water and fiber, raw most useful, is a good weight-loss food.
